Welcome to the West Virginia Trauma and Emergency Care System website. STECS is comprised of the Trauma Division, the Office of Emergency Medical Services, and the Communications Division.
STECS and the Office of EMS announce plans to implement a West Virginia Electronic Patient Care Record (EPCR) by partnering with North Carolina EMS Performance Improvement Center (EMSPIC) to provide a standardized, web-based data collection and analysis system (WVPreMIS).
